End-to-end IT and business platform for Sumqayıt Bağları Construction
A large construction company needed sales, site operations, and finance to run on one system instead of three. We delivered the data server, security systems, ERP, the call centre, the website and SEO — all on one unified network, under one ownership.

Starting point
Sumqayıt Bağları Construction had the volume of work that exposes weak systems quickly. Sales were in one tool, site operations in another, finance in spreadsheets, and the public site was a brochure that no one updated. Reconciling those views once a month was a person's full job.
The brief was to bring it all under one roof. Bəhram İbadov took the infrastructure side — network, data server, security systems. Elvin Şərifov took ERP, the call centre, the website, and SEO. One team, one programme, one accountable result.
Decisions
- One ERP for sales, site, and finance — the executive view comes from one system, not from a reconciliation done in a spreadsheet.
- Site operations on the same network as the head office — construction sites are not separate from the company; they share identity and policy.
- Call centre wired into the sales pipeline — inbound enquiries land directly in the ERP, with agent identity matched to the rest of the team.
- Website as a sales surface — the public site is structured around the actual sales funnel, with SEO and analytics tuned around it.
- Security and access as one perimeter — head office, depots, and sites operate on the same security model rather than each having its own.
Execution
Network and data server first, then ERP rolled out alongside the sales and operations teams who would actually use it. The call centre and website came online next and were tied back to the ERP record. Security systems folded into the same identity layer. Every layer was documented and handed over with an internal owner.
"A construction company sells one apartment at a time; it cannot afford the office and the site to be running on different stories. One system makes that story possible."
