Qaynaq STUDIO ’26 / BAKU
S.02 · Website

Lighthouse 95+, three locales, content layer your team can edit. Four to eight weeks.

Duration
4–8 weeks
01

What you get

  1. 01

Fully responsive site (AZ + EN minimum)

Tested at 320, 768, 1024, 1440, 1920. Typography composition is tuned per breakpoint — not just “mobile-friendly” shrinking.

  2. 02

    Lighthouse 95+ across the board

Performance, accessibility, SEO, best practices — measured in CI on every deploy. The bar is set on day one and the score has to pass before merge. No “we'll fix it later”.

  3. 03

    JSON-LD, sitemap, hreflang

Organization JSON-LD, Article JSON-LD on case studies, hreflang annotations across all locales, robots.txt + sitemap.xml. The locale switcher resolves to the correct translated path per page type.

  4. 04

MDX or CMS layer the partner can edit

Content lives as MDX in git. If your team is comfortable with markdown, they edit directly. If you need a softer UI, we wire up TinaCMS or Sanity.

How we approach it

1. Content first, design second

Weeks one and two are content — site structure, what each page actually says, in which language. We do not design over Lorem Ipsum. That is the most common failure mode in the AZ market: design is shown, then content is squeezed in. We work in the opposite order.

2. Structured visual direction

Week three is visual direction. If you already have a brand, we use it; if not, we run a parallel identity track. Site-specific typography composition, layout system, motion principles — all fixed at this stage.

3. Frontend engineering

Astro or Next.js, picked by project shape. Performance budget is not a slogan — JS under 80KB on landing, under 120KB on case studies. Lighthouse CI runs on every PR. Motion is compositor-friendly only — transform, opacity, clip-path.

4. Launch and handover

Launch week: deploy pipeline, monitoring, branded email templates, analytics (Plausible — privacy-first, no GA4). Two-hour handover session for your team, recorded, with documentation kept in git.

When not to hire us for this

  • You have a WordPress site and just want a theme swap — we build from scratch on a modern stack, we do not resell themes.
  • You need it in a week — this is a four-to-eight-week engagement; if it has to compress, scope shrinks, not duration.
  • Your only real goal is to be findable on Google Maps — that is GMB optimisation, not a website rebuild.

If the position is clear and you're ready to build the site, send a short brief — budget, timeline, the actual problem.
