A green-field operational stack for AAGRO
An agricultural company asked us to build their digital and physical operations layer from zero. We delivered the server, hosting, mail server, ERP, security systems — turnstile, cameras, biometrics — and the network that ties them together into one platform.

Starting point
AAGRO had operations on the ground but almost nothing connecting them digitally. Email ran through a free consumer account, there was no shared file store, no ERP, and physical security was handled with whatever was at hand. A company at this stage of growth cannot scale without a real platform underneath it.
The brief was to build the platform from zero — every layer, in the right order. Bəhram İbadov led the infrastructure side and the on-site security systems; Elvin Şərifov led the ERP rollout and the operational design. One programme, owned end-to-end.
Decisions
- Server, then everything else — we set up the company-owned server and hosting first so every later layer could rely on infrastructure we controlled, not a patchwork of free services.
- Mail server on company domain — corporate identity moved off consumer mail; deliverability, archiving, and access policy were brought under one roof.
- ERP as the operating spine — production, procurement, sales, and reporting were brought into one ERP instance designed around the actual workflows on site.
- Security as one system, not three — turnstile, camera surveillance, and biometric access run on the same network with consistent policy, so the perimeter is a single thing to operate.
- Network designed for the site, not the office — segmentation, routing, and access were planned around a working site with real environmental conditions.
Execution
Server and network came first, then the mail server moved the company onto a real corporate domain. ERP was rolled out next, with the operational workflows defined alongside the team. Security systems — turnstile, cameras, biometric access — were brought online in parallel and tied back to the same identity and network layer. Every component was documented and handed over so the team can run it themselves.
"Building a stack from zero is the easy half — making it survive without the people who built it is the half that actually matters."

Result
- Company-owned server and hosting — the foundation for every later layer, under one ownership.
- Corporate mail on company domain — identity, deliverability, and policy in one place.
- ERP running the operation — production, procurement, and reporting against one source of truth.
- Unified security perimeter — turnstile, cameras, and biometric access on one network and policy.
- A documented, handed-over platform — the in-house team can operate every layer without us in the room.
