Usta Klubu — a loyalty and sales platform for tradespeople and shops
The manufacturer couldn't reach tradespeople or shops directly — there was a gap. We built a two-sided platform: a loyalty and sales app for tradespeople; a separate dashboard for shops. Two user models, one system.

Starting point
The manufacturer of construction materials can't reach the end user — the tradesperson, the shop — directly. There's a distributor chain in between, communication is thin, and nobody knows who sold which material or who tested which.
What the manufacturer needed: a direct line to the tradesperson, a sales incentive (bonus, campaign), an operational dashboard for shops, and behavioural data from both sides.
Decisions
- Two user models, one backend. Loyalty app for tradespeople, dashboard for shops. Both sides feed off the same data.
- Bonus and campaign system — manufacturer incentivises the tradesperson; the shop gets sales analytics.
- Mobile app for tradespeople, web dashboard for shops — UX designed separately for each side.
- Aggregate analytics for the manufacturer — which product sells where, who sells it.
Execution
Stack: Laravel backend, React Native tradesperson app, Vue.js shop dashboard and manufacturer analytics. Bonus logic is event-driven — a purchase event lights up across the system.
“The hard part of a B2B2C platform isn't UX — it's modelling. Both sides live in the same system, but they see different realities.”
Result
- Direct channel from manufacturer to tradespeople and shops.
- Tradespeople incentivised via bonus and campaign.
- Shops manage sales operations inside the system.
- Manufacturer bases marketing decisions on aggregate data instead of guesswork.
