A full brand system — words, visuals, behaviour — pinned down in two to four weeks.
What you get
-
Brand guidelines (PDF, 30–60 pages)
The guide is a working reference, not a decoration deck. When you onboard a new designer, marketer, or developer, they should be able to open it and answer their own questions — including the why behind every decision.
-
Logo package (SVG, PDF, PNG)
Every format is sized for the context it lives in — from favicon to billboard. The Figma source files are shared with you on completion.
-
Typography and palette systems
Not a list of names, but design tokens — including a CSS custom-properties file. Your engineering team uses the correct values without opening Figma.
-
Brand voice and tone direction
Three to five concrete writing samples showing what to say and what to refuse to say. Sample lines in EN + AZ (RU on request). Useful enough to feed into a marketing-copy generator without producing slop.
How we approach it
1. Understand the position
Week one is listening. Three conversations with founder/team, an audit of your existing material (or the lack of it), a competitive read. No visual output yet — just a four-to-five-page positioning document that you sign off on.
2. Direction exploration
Week two is visual exploration. AI tools generate twenty-plus directions in a day, Elvin picks three, kills the rest. The partner sees only three real directions — never the discarded twenty. The decision is yours, but it is a real choice between strong directions, not a survey of options.
3. Systemise
Weeks three to four turn the chosen direction into a system. Logo variants, typography, palette, behaviour rules. Each decision is documented with its reasoning so a future team member can answer “why this colour?” without guessing.
4. Handover and documentation
Final handover is a sixty-minute live session — Elvin walks through the document and takes questions. The deliverable is not a static PDF: Figma source plus a Notion handbook with edit access for your team.
When not to hire us for this
- You already have a brand and only need small refinements — this is a full rebuild, not a refresh.
- You need a logo by next week — this is a two-to-four-week engagement, no compromise.
- Brand colours and the studio name are going to be a CEO taste call regardless — we work behind a strategic decision, not someone's preferences.
Brand is Phase 0. Site, product, and product design follow. If you're ready to start, send a short brief.
